BlackPawMedia Shipping Policies

We’re a small company and we act like one.  To us that means, we really try to answer your questions:

What shipping options do you offer?

One.  We offer free shipping in the US, and $5 shipping for international t-shirt orders.

When will it ship?

We ship you the product as soon as humanly possible.  If the post office is open, we ship it that day.  If we get your order in the evening, it goes out as soon as I’ve had breakfast and the post office opens up in the morning.  As soon as I’m in front of a computer after that, I will send you an email directly confirming when I shipped it.

How long will it take to get my order?

Depends on the USPS delivery in your area.  We are shipping from zip code 88007.  You’d know better than us how long it takes to get the US mail in your area.

Will you ship to a PO Box?

We’ll ship it to one of those if payment has been received.

Will you ship to a APO/AE Box?

Sure, with a 5% discount applied.  We’ll ship it to one of those if payment has been received.

How do I return it?

You don’t.  Right now we’re selling T-shirts and bumper stickers.  You can’t prove you didn’t do something to the shirt and I’m not sending it out to another person when I’m not 100% sure of the shirt.  Did you end up with the wrong size?  I’ve done that and it sucks.  If you send me an email, and you’ve ordered from us previously then I’ll quote you a reduced price for a new shirt (in the right size).

Frankly, bumper stickers don’t even make sense to return financially.  Why would you return one?  If you have an answer to this email me at frank@blackpawmedia.com.

Seriously, I didn’t open it.  My kid used my account and ordered it.

I think your kid needs to spend more time in timeout.  If you can return the unopened package back to us, we will refund everything minus the shipping cost.  If it’s been opened, don’t bother shipping it back because we will not provide a refund.  If in doubt, contact me at frank@blackpawmedia.com.

Do you provide a tracking number?

It depends on how it was shipped.  We use the good ole US Postal Service for nearly all our orders.  The lady down at the local office is really nice to us, and frankly it let’s me stop and get a coffee on the way.  If we ship it and they provide a tracking number, we’ll send it on to you.

Is there a discount for a bulk order?

You bet! Plus we’ll be friends.  Contact me on quantity pricing at frank@blackpawmedia.com

I want to complain about …

We’re a small company and we act like one.  To us that means, we really try to answer your questions:

Is the site secure?

Yes; you don’t even have to trust us.  We use PayPal exclusively, so all of your transactions are handled by them.

How do I place my order?

Use the add to cart button below each item.  This will add it to the shopping cart on the sidebar.  From there, you can press checkout.  Since we use PayPal to handle our payment process, you will then be transferred over to them, take care of paying us, and then they will send you back to us.  If you have a question or concern about this, email frank@blackpawmedia.com

How do I pay for my order?

We use PayPal, so whatever they handle works for us.  They also handle credit cards for those of you that are interested.

How do I check my order status?

I’ll send you email confirming your shipment.  If you have a question, email me at frank@blackpawmedia.com

How do I cancel my order?

If we haven’t shipped it yet, you can cancel your order and we’ll refund the full amount.  Please be advised that we try to ship as fast as possible (as a service to our customers).  See shipping on our return policies.

How can I add items to my order?

For US customers, this doesn’t really matter.  All orders are include FREE SHIPPING, so whether you make 1 order or 100 orders, you’ll be charged the same (ZERO).  If you are an international customer, then it’s $5 per order.  If you make 3 orders, then it’s $15 dollars, because it really does cost us that much more to ship internationally.  If you have a question, email me at frank@blackpawmedia.com

How do I become a vendor?

That’s great, now we can be friends!  If you’re a store that wants to carry our products, please contact me at frank@blackpawmedia.com and we’ll discuss volume pricing.

Can I stop by your business and buy stuff?

Heck no — We’re so small that in addition to actually answering our email, we also are frequently out of the office.  The absolute best way to contact us is via email (frank@blackpawmedia.com).

Do you actually respond to email?

Yes, we actually do respond.  Nothing is worse than sending off a lone “message in a bottle” email requesting help and having it go into the black hole of despair.  We’re not like that.  Test us out by saying “hi” to frank@blackpawmedia.com.  As long as you don’t spam us, we’ll reply.
